My question is in reference to tithing. I have been doing it regularly since the 4-Ts Prosperity Class. I am prosperous, but there are times when I do not leave myself enough to tithe - not intentionally, but occasionally it does happen. What happens if we skip tithing for that pay check? Can we make it up by tithing our time or talent? Does tithing have to be to Unity, or can it sometimes go to something else that aids in our spiritual growth?
First of all, a “tithe” is, by very definition, the “first fruits” of our labors - the first ten percent of the good that comes to us. Therefore there can never be an issue of not having enough left for a tithe. We tithe off the top, not out of the dregs!
